Returns Due to Product Defect

If any item is faulty when it arrives or breaks down within 12 months from the purchase date, we will either replace your item or provide you with a credit note for the original purchase (excluding tax, shipping and handling).

We will either issue a credit for the cost of the item or replace it with another item of equal value.
